Customer Service

Fortrez is committed to give you the best service possible. To check the status of your order, please fill in the Transaction ID which is mentioned in the confirmation e-mail you have received after you have confirmed your order. If you did not get a confirmation e-mail after you have confirmed your order please contact us.

Fortrez uses four order status descriptions:

1. Waiting for credit approval:
Once the order has been confirmed we will wait for the confirmation of payment which we receive from our payment provider, Triple Deal.

2. Pending:
Once we received the payment confirmation we’ll start working on your order. Preparing your order for shipment generally takes 3 – 5 business days (subject to availability)

3. Shipped:
Your package has been picked up for shipment. In case of a FedEx transport, the tracking number will be automatically shown below your order summary. Simply push the ‘track your order’ button and you will be redirected to the FedEx ‘track my package’ page in order to view the real-time location of your package.

4. Delivered:
This status will be shown once you have personally signed for delivery.
